Projections of Putney

    Image: James Kirkland

An exhibition of photographs, old and new, proudly presented by the Putney satellite group of London Independent Photography. Putney is rightly proud of its heritage, and we are lucky that at the dawn of photography back in the late 1800’s, there was one William Field taking pictures locally that we can enjoy today.

As well as opening a window onto what Field’s Putney looks like today, there are also many contemporary images to enjoy.

    Runs: 28 March – 25 April
    Open: Monday 9am – 5pm, Wednesday, Thursday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm, Sunday 1pm – 5pm.
Closed for the Easter Bank Holidays on 3, 5 and 6 April.
    Open View: Thursday 9 April 6pm – 8pm
Gallery: Putney Library, 5/7 Disraeli Road, London SW15 2DR
