Anuj Chaman – “Reflections”

    © Anuj Chaman

Anuj Chaman would like to invite you to a private viewing of his first photography exhibit on Saturday 16 March, 6-8pm. “Reflections” is a project that brings together a decade of visual storytelling, linking diverse moments across time and place through their striking compositional parallels. It serendipitously unearths exposures that, despite being completely unconnected across time and place, are connected by complementary compositions.

This introspective visual journey initially focused on traversing geography and time. However, it unexpectedly expanded into a third dimension when I began envisioning complements to images I had not yet captured. This evolution led me to a unique fusion: blending the authenticity of candid moments captured globally with their AI-reimagined counterparts, set in distinct yet thematically resonant locations. This project is an exploration of place, time, and perception, inviting viewers to navigate the intricate interplay between captured reality and created reality.

This event is completely free of charge but if you are interested in prints, all proceeds will go to charities supporting children affected in Gaza.
