For the 3rd Janet Hall Memorial Lecture this year Simon Norfolk, a talented and driven photographer who studies war and its effects on many things: the physical shape of our cities and natural environments, social memory, the psychology of societies, and more will talk about his work over the last 8 years: The beauty of ruins; 17th century landscape painting; the military industrial complex; the design of the gardens of English Country Houses and nuclear missile launches.
